How To Make Brazil Nut Burritos

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup Brazil nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro, salsa
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onions and bell peppers, and sauté until they become soft and translucent.

Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, cooked rice, Brazil nuts, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.

Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

Spoon the burrito filling onto each tortilla, fold in the sides and roll up tightly.

Serve the burritos with optional toppings, such as avocado, cilantro, and salsa.
