How To Make Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until chunky.

Add breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into 4 burger patties.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are crispy and heated through.

Serve the black bean burgers on buns with your favorite toppings and condiments.
