Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry with a paper towel.

  3. Cut the potatoes into evenly sized chips or wedges.

  4. In a large bowl, toss the potato chips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  5. Arrange the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
