  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 passion fruits
  • 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, softened butter, granulated sugar, and salt until crumbly.

  3. Press the mixture into the greased baking dish to form the crust.

  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Meanwhile, cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl.

  6. In a saucepan, combine the passion fruit pulp, sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, cornstarch, and water.

  7. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

  8. Pour the caramel passion fruit filling onto the baked crust, spreading it evenly.

  9. Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the filling is set.

  10. Allow the slice to cool completely before slicing and serving.
