  • 1 pizza crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature recommended for the pizza crust.

  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza crust.

  5. Sprinkle the chopped spinach over the ricotta cheese.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and ricotta.

  7. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.

  8. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the eggs are set.
