How To Make Beet and Arugula Pizza
This pizza is topped with vibrant roasted beets and peppery arugula for a unique flavor combo.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 3 small beets, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup arugula
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Toss sliced beets in olive oil and garlic. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes until tender.

Spread pizza sauce on the pre-made crust.
