How To Make Vegan Custard
Turning vegan may look challenging for some, especially for those who can’t turn their eyes away from meat. But they just haven’t found these sumptuous vegan recipes that even non-vegans will surely enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

In a saucepan, whisk together coconut milk, almond milk, cornstarch, and maple syrup.

Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the custard into individual serving dishes and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
