How To Make Vanilla Bean Pancakes
Fluffy and flavorful pancakes with a hint of vanilla.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Split the vanilla bean and scrape out the seeds. Mix the seeds with the milk and egg in a separate bowl.

Stir in the melted butter.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Heat a non-stick griddle over medium heat.

Scoop the batter onto the griddle to form pancakes.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface.

Flip the pancakes over and cook until golden brown.
