How To Make Vanilla Bean and Orange Marmalade
Fresh oranges meet the richness of vanilla bean in this delightful marmalade recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 large oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the oranges, vanilla bean and seeds, sugar, and water.

Cook over medium-high heat until the mixture comes to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 45-50 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened and the oranges have broken down.

Remove the vanilla bean pod and transfer the marmalade to a jar or container.

Allow to cool completely before serving or storing in the refrigerator.
