How To Make Unicorn Biscuits
These magical Unicorn Biscuits are a whimsical treat that will delight both children and adults.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Food coloring (pink, purple, and blue)
- Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and cold butter. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
-
Add sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
-
Divide the dough into three equal portions. In separate bowls, add a few drops of food coloring to each portion and mix until the colors are well incorporated.
-
Take a small piece of dough from each color and roll them into balls. Place them side by side on the baking sheet, squishing them together slightly to create a marbled effect.
-
Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top of each biscuit.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
-
Allow the biscuits to cool before serving.
