How To Make Unicorn Biscuits

These magical Unicorn Biscuits are a whimsical treat that will delight both children and adults.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (pink, purple, and blue)
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and cold butter. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

  3. Add sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

  4. Divide the dough into three equal portions. In separate bowls, add a few drops of food coloring to each portion and mix until the colors are well incorporated.

  5. Take a small piece of dough from each color and roll them into balls. Place them side by side on the baking sheet, squishing them together slightly to create a marbled effect.

  6. Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top of each biscuit.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

  8. Allow the biscuits to cool before serving.
