How To Make Sun-Dried Tomato Croutons

Crunchy croutons with a burst of sun-dried tomato flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread, cubed
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together cubed bread, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve on top of salad or soup.
