How To Make Strawberry Pavlova
A light and airy dessert with a crisp meringue shell, topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of sliced strawberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a clean, dry mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form.

Gradually add in the sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar while continuing to whisk until stiff peaks form and the meringue is glossy.

Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round disc with slightly raised edges.

Bake the meringue for 1 hour 30 minutes or until it is crisp on the outside and lightly golden.

Turn off the oven and leave the meringue inside to cool completely.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Carefully transfer the cooled meringue to a serving plate and fill the center with the whipped cream.

Top the whipped cream with sliced strawberries.
