Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes with vegetable oil, cumin powder, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to evenly coat the potatoes with the spices.

  2. Heat a skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the spiced potatoes to the pan and spread them out in a single layer to ensure even cooking.

  3. Cook the potatoes for about 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping occasionally to prevent burning.

  4. Once the potatoes are cooked through and crispy, remove them from the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
