Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Spicy chili sauce, for dipping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned potato fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
