How To Make Spicy Chili French Fries Recipe

Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Spicy chili sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Spread the seasoned potato fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

  7. Serve the spicy chili french fries hot with spicy chili sauce for dipping.
