  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Crackers or bread, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese, dill, and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth.

  2. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

  3. Transfer the paté to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

  4. Serve with crackers or bread.
