How To Make Ruby Tuesday Lobster Bisque Recipe
Creamy and rich lobster bisque that’s perfect for a cozy and comforting dinner.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails, shelled and chopped
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped finely
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley leaves, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until soft.

Add the chopped lobster tails and bay leaf into the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream into the pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove bay leaf. Using a hand blender, purée the soup until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ladle the lobster bisque into four bowls and garnish with parsley.
