How To Make Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes
Delicious and moist pumpkin spice cupcakes bursting with warm flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fill each cupcake liner about 3/4 full of batter.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
