How To Make Pudsey Biscuits
These Pudsey biscuits are a fun and delicious treat for all ages, perfect for a Pudsey-themed event or children’s party.

Ingredients
- 200g butter, softened
- 100g caster sugar
- 300g plain flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Edible black and yellow food coloring pens
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the plain flour and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about ½cm.

Cut out Pudsey bear shapes using a cookie cutter, or cut them freehand with a knife.

Place the Pudsey biscuits onto the prepared baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow the biscuits to cool completely on a wire rack.

Once cooled, use the edible food coloring pens to draw Pudsey’s signature features, such as his eye patch, bandana, and smile.
