How To Make Peanut Butter Pancakes
Fluffy and delicious pancakes with a nutty peanut butter flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.

Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
