Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cans (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.

  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Pour in crushed tomatoes and add dried oregano.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  7. Serve over pasta or pizza.
