  • 2 cups of gin
  • 4 cups of apple cider
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • Optional: garnish with orange slices and cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the gin, apple cider, honey, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and orange slices.

  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and strain the mixture to remove the spices and orange slices.

  4. Serve the mulled gin warm in mugs and garnish with orange slices and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
