Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease four small baking dishes.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until well combined.

  3. Add the flour, milk, vanilla extract, and baking powder to the bowl. Mix until smooth.

  4. Divide the batter evenly among the greased baking dishes.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
