- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until turkey is browned and fully cooked.

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.

Add cooked ground turkey to the salad and toss to combine.
