Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until turkey is browned and fully cooked.

  2. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.

  3. Add cooked ground turkey to the salad and toss to combine.

  4. Drizzle with lime juice and serve.
