How To Make Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 cups of cold water

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop all the vegetables and place them in a blender.

  2. Add garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Add cold water and blend again until the mixture is well combined.

  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

  7. Serve cold with crusty bread.
