How To Make Keto Avocado Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Juicy mushrooms stuffed with creamy avocado mixture.

Ingredients
- 8 large mushrooms
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove stems from mushrooms and gently scrape out the gills using a spoon.

In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and cilantro.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the avocado mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
