How To Make Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 16 large mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.

  3. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture into each mushroom cap, filling them evenly.

  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  6. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
