How To Make Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms

- 16 large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the breadcrumb mixture into each mushroom cap, filling them evenly.

Place the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
