How To Make Indian Oven Chips
Crispy and flavorful oven-baked chips with an Indian twist.

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, washed and peeled
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the potatoes into evenly sized chips or fries and place them in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, turmeric powder, paprika, cumin powder, garlic powder, and salt.

Pour the spice mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat them evenly.

Arrange the coated potato chips on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
