How To Make Easy Indian Raita

Ingredients
- 1tspcanola oil
- ½tspwhole cumin seeds
- 1cupplain yogurt
- ½cupcucumber,minced finely
- ½tspkosher salt
- 1tbspgreen onions,chopped, whites only
- ½tspground coriander
- ½tspground cumin
Instructions

In a skillet, add the canola oil, then heat on high heat.

Add in the cumin seeds, then cook for 15 to 20 seconds.

In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt, cucumber, salt, green onions, coriander, cumin, and cumin seeds until combined.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
