  • 2 everything bagels, sliced into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Toss the bagel cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until evenly coated.

  3. Spread the seasoned bagel cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the croutons are crispy and golden brown.

  5. Let the croutons cool before using them as a topping on soups or salads.
