Instructions

  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the gooseberries have softened and the mixture has thickened, about 30-40 minutes.

  4. Use a potato masher or immersion blender to break down any large pieces of gooseberries.

  5. Transfer the jam to sterilized jars and seal tightly.

  6. Allow the jam to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
