How To Make Gooseberry Jam

- 500g fresh gooseberries
- 250g sugar
- juice of 1 lemon

Rinse the gooseberries and remove any stems or leaves.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the gooseberries have softened and the mixture has thickened, about 30-40 minutes.
