- 400g gooseberries
- 200ml gin
- 100g sugar
- 4 sprigs of fresh mint

Instructions

Wash and remove the stalks from the gooseberries.

In a blender, combine the gooseberries, gin, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
