How To Make Gluten-Free Veggie Stir-Fry Recipe
This veggie stir-fry recipe is gluten-free and packed with nutritious vegetables that are stir-fried to perfection.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add bell peppers and mushrooms, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add spinach and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Add gluten-free soy sauce and sesame oil to the skillet, and stir to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
