How To Make Gluten-Free Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe
This recipe is a gluten-free alternative to a classic stir-fry dish.

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth

In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
