How To Make Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Classic chocolate chip cookies made with gluten-free flour.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of softened butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups of gluten-free flour
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
