Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth batter forms.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil to coat the surface.
