  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients.

  4. Stir until a soft dough forms.

  5. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes.

  6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a greased baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
