How To Make Dough Balls with Garlic Butter
These dough balls are soft, fluffy, and filled with delicious garlic butter. Perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Gradually add the warm water and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
