- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 cups of shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy.

Add honey, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

Using a cookie scoop, portion the mixture into balls and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.

Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
