How To Make Gluten-Free Coconut Macaroons
Delicious and chewy coconut macaroons that are gluten-free and perfect for a sweet snack!

Ingredients
- 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg whites, vanilla, sugar, and salt until frothy and well combined.

Add in shredded coconut and mix until all coconut is coated with the egg white mixture.

Scoop mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and form into small mounds.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
