  • 4 parsnips, peeled and sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the parsnips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the parsnip strips in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
