How To Make Crunchy Parsnips

- 4 parsnips, peeled and sliced into thin strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, toss the parsnips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Spread the parsnip strips in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
