Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken strips and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.

Add garlic, ginger, peppers, and onion to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce and honey. Pour mixture over the chicken and vegetables and stir to coat.

Cook for 2-3 minutes more until chicken is fully cooked.
