  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.

  4. Pour the olive oil mixture over the chicken, making sure it’s well coated.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
