How To Make Cinnabon Coffee Cake
This classic coffee cake has a delicious cinnamon swirl and is topped with a creamy icing.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir in milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour batter into prepared baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined. Sprinkle over batter and swirl with a butter knife.

Pour melted butter over the top of the batter.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cake is lightly golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool and then prepare icing by mixing powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle icing over the top of the cake.
