  • 8 cups of popped popcorn
  • 3 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

  4. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

  6. Pour cinnamon sugar mixture over popcorn and stir until evenly coated.

  7. Spread popcorn onto the prepared baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 7-10 minutes, until lightly toasted.

  9. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
