How To Make Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Truffles

Delicious bite-sized truffles that taste just like a Cinnabon cinnamon roll!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Cinnabon cinnamon rolls (8 rolls)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to package directions for cinnamon rolls. Bake cinnamon rolls as directed and let cool.

  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  3. Crumble the cooled cinnamon rolls into the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.

  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.

  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.

  6. Dip the cinnamon roll truffles into the melted white chocolate and place back on the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

  7. Chill truffles in the fridge until chocolate has hardened, about 30 minutes.
