How To Make Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Muffins
A delicious and easy-to-make muffin recipe that tastes just like Cinnabon cinnamon rolls!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, sour cream, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.

Using a spoon or cookie scoop, fill the muffin tin about 2/3 full with batter.

Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the batter.

Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture into the batter.

Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes before removing and serving.
