How To Make Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Muffins

A delicious and easy-to-make muffin recipe that tastes just like Cinnabon cinnamon rolls!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, sour cream, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.

  6. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, fill the muffin tin about 2/3 full with batter.

  7. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the batter.

  8. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture into the batter.

  9. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  10. Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes before removing and serving.
