How To Make Beef Bulgogi
Thinly sliced marinated beef cooked to perfection with a balance of sweet and savory Korean flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onions, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.

Add the sliced beef into the marinade, cover, and let marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, or up to 12 hours.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef and any excess marinade. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until beef is browned on all sides and cooked through.

Serve hot with rice and vegetables.
