How To Make Apricot & orange rice pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup of uncooked white rice
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of dried apricots, chopped
- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the rice, milk, sugar, dried apricots, orange zest, and orange juice.

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the rice is cooked and the mixture has thickened, about 20-25 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and cinnamon.
