How To Make Chickpea Flour Banana Bread
A healthy, gluten-free and vegan banana bread made with chickpea flour.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, mix together chickpea flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, maple syrup, applesauce and vanilla extract.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool before slicing and serving.
