How To Make Almond Flour Zucchini Bread Recipe

A delicious and healthy bread made with almond flour and zucchini.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, shredded zucchini, coconut oil and vanilla extract.

  4. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
