How To Make Almond Flour Zucchini Bread Recipe
A delicious and healthy bread made with almond flour and zucchini.

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, shredded zucchini, coconut oil and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
